Follow-up Reminder To All Ongoing Ortho Postgrad Students
We are reminding you again that you must present 10 research reports/abstracts
based on 10 approved journal articles. To get approval, you must first
choose 2 articles from journals of your choice for each of the 10 topics below and
present this to the COTS Research Panel. The COTS Research Panel will choose the one
article for each of the ten topics.
- Tooth Movement
- Functional or Removable Appliance
- Trends in Orthodontics
- TMD
- Diagnosis
- Treatment Planning
- Surgical Orthodontics
- Unusual Cases
- Juvenile Orthodontics
- Temporary Anchorage Device (TADS) or Ortho Implant
you may submit your choice articles via the following:

For Students who will be finishing their Advance Course on or before August 31, 2010,
You must submit your articles for approval on or before July 30, 2010. Approved
articles will be sent back to you with in 2 weeks from date of submission. Deadline
for the submission of the actual 10 research reports/abstracts based on 10 approved
journal articles is on September 17, 2010.
For Students who will be finishing their Advance Course after August 31, 2010,
the deadline for submission of your articles for approval is on the 1st
session of your Advance Course schedule. Approved articles will be sent back to you
on the 3rd session of your Advance Course Schedule. Deadline for the
submission of the actual 10 research reports/abstracts based on 10 approved
journal articles is on the 8th session of your Advance Course Schedule.
